HEAVENLY HERRINGBONE

The original kitchen was much smaller than it needed to be and although the space was open plan, there was still a real disconnect with the living areas. By removing a small wall protruding into the space and moving the doorway back slightly we were able to make the space appear much bigger without major structural work.

 

Gone are the dated mustard yellow walls and textured ceiling panels now replaced with a crisp white canvas.

 

Timeless shaker style kitchen cabinets are complemented by the stunning sage green herringbone splashback helping to add extra nuance to this kitchen renovation and tying in nicely to the colour of the existing aluminium windows.

 

Brushed brass hardware and timber floors complete the overall look resulting in a spacious, calming space that will stand the test of time.
